Digital models or data provided to Rightly Divide CNC need to be created by or legally owned by the user. Liability from illegally obtained digital content submitted to Rightly Divide CNC will be the responsibility of the user.

Rightly Divide CNC will review digital models submitted for manufacturing ability and assessed against the requested manufacturing process including any post-processing requested options. Our review will be completed with our best effort. We cannot guarantee, though, there will not be unanticipated complexity or recommended changes during the manufacturing process.

Any design, processing, or material recommendations from Rightly Divide CNC are to be considered as guidance. While we look to achieve best results, we cannot guarantee structural or mechanical strength of a given part.

Rightly Divide CNC does not warrant the specific use or application of any part produced. The customer is responsible for determining the usage, the suitability of the usage to the parts intended use, as well as any compliance with applicable regulations of the products being used.

Shipping Terms:

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, all shipments are completed under standard Incoterms 2020 CPT/FCA regulations where risk of any loss passes to the recipient once the order is in the possession of the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, claims must be filed with the carrier. Rightly Divide CNC does not refund or re-make parts for carrier loss or damage.
