Work Submission:

Send information about the work you would like completed to sales@rightlydividecnc.com. If you know the process and material needed, we'll proceed to review, formal quote, and payment. If unsure about the process or material, we'll work with you to determine the optimal process and material to best suit your needs. Ultimately, the decision is yours, the customer, but we'll help guide for the best fit.

Review and Approval:

All work is manually reviewed for the fit the process and for possible issues during production. Models are only assessed against manufacturing ability and not for fit, function, or intended use. Additional design services are available and can be provided (based on an hourly rate) if needed or preferred, Design Services is a separate line item on the itemized bill.

Payment / Purchase Order:

Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is required prior to production scheduling. For repeat customers in good standing, NET30 is available with a Purchase Order.

Order Scheduling:

The product schedule for the work is planned once the review and payment is completed. Turnaround time does not include shipping. Be sure to factor this into your schedule.

3rd Party Work: 

If any of the contracted work requires Rightly Divide CNC to obtain goods or services from a third party, the contract between us (Rightly Divide CNC and the customer) will incorporate the conditions of supply those goods and services and the customer shall bear the full cost of such goods or services.

Production:

At this point, requirements are clear. The supplies are ready and things are getting real. At Rightly Divide CNC we work to committed delivery dates (at the time of scheduling). Change requests at this point may not be possible without additional expense and rework.

Post Processing:

All parts are cleaned and post processed in accordance with the agreed scope of work. Some surface finishes may require additional lead time and may increase costs.

Inspection & Quality Control:

All parts are carefully inspected aligned with common industry standards for dimensional accuracy and surface quality

Dimensional accuracy can very by process. Generally, tolerances are:

• FDM: +/- .5% with the lower limit being +/- .5mm

• SLA: +/-.5% with the lower limit being +/- .3mm

If your part requires tight tolerances or a specific surface finish, please let us know. We either help adjust the model or adjust in post processing to meet requirements (additional fees may apply)

Shipping / Delivery:

We primarily ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipments are normally sent Monday through Friday. Saturday shipments can be arranged upon request. Expedited shipping (overnight or two day) are available upon request. These may increase costs. Local pick up is available upon request during normal business hours.
